Lead end-to-end onsite Project of robotic systems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Own project delivery and ensure execution across all stakeholders.
Tasks:
- Full ownership of onsite project activities (schedule, budget, quality, risk)
- Coordination of internal teams, contractors, and external vendors
- Management and oversight of third-party installers and engineering partners
- Daily project tracking, stand-ups, and status reporting
- Identification and resolution of onsite issues and blockers
- Monitoring of progress, KPIs, and delivery milestones
- Assurance of compliance with SLAs and safety standards
- Tracking of materials, resources, and inventory flow
- Documentation and reporting across all project phases
- Escalation and mitigation of risks in real time
- Coaching and coordination of onsite teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years project/program management experience
- Experience in deployment or automation projects (manufacturing/engineering)
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
