Description
Casework (90%):
- Create basic to intermediate level financial plans with a high degree of accuracy for general OPS subscribers.
- With guidance, understand and apply special instructions that are outside of OPS standards. Make recommendations for improving standard work and/or work processes.
- Read and interpret output of financial plans and recognize and resolve basic inconsistencies. May need to elevate to address those requiring more advanced knowledge.
- Perform final quality checks for peers and more junior staff.
- Use basic planning and investment knowledge to provide flexibility on standard work.
Team Responsibilities and Client Experience (10%):
- Gives and receives regular feedback/information in an open and positive manner, utilizing the team’s supported communication channels.
- Recognizes and questions inconsistencies.
- Contributes to a positive environment by openly communicating new ideas/solutions, perspectives and experiences in team meetings, training sessions, 1x1s and huddles.
- Demonstrate behaviors that reflect and support the company and department values, vision, and culture of learning/growth.
- Communication is professional, complete, accurate, and effective.
- Appropriately escalates non‑standard requests to Lead/Mentor as appropriate.
- Complete Workday Learnings in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Soft skills: Effective communicator, data entry, ability to work independently.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
