Position
Infrastructure Project Manager – 36‑month contract, located in Charlotte, NC (USDC; alternate site in Las Colinas, TX).
Location & Work Schedule
Charlotte, NC (USDC). Work includes 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Role Summary
Coordinate technology implementation, upgrade, conversion, and recovery projects using enterprise change tools and guidelines. Manage and coordinate resources across business lines with matrix management responsibility, delivering projects on schedule while balancing stakeholder expectations, soft skills, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination for M365 (Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Exchange, etc.) and other enterprise applications.
- Oversee change management activities, including template‑based and project‑based changes.
- Use Remedy or ServiceNow for change tracking; Jira experience is a plus.
- Identify potential issues, mitigate risks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Provide status updates, issue resolution, and solution recommendations to stakeholders.
- Adjust priorities and reallocate resources across concurrent projects.
- Collaborate independently and within team environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing M365 related projects (Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Exchange, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise change tools and deployment methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Cisco voice and/or telepresence technologies.
- Adaptive learning capability to use new systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple applications within a large organization.
- Knowledge of network cabling and switches.
- Prior work with Remedy or ServiceNow; Jira experience is a plus.
- Agile project management experience.
Pay and Benefits
