About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic IT Project Delivery Manager to lead solution delivery for our customers. In this role, you will ensure successful project execution, manage resources, track financials, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks, drive growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service aligned with contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services
- Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SoW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Track project financials and provide regular reporting (MBR/QBR)
- Coordinate resources and oversee onboarding/offboarding of consultants
- Perform risk and issue management, including escalation handling
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support account strategy
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in IT service/project management within a technology services environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC, outsourcing, and agile/traditional methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (Spanish or French a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial reporting experience
- Certifications in Agile, Project Management, or ITIL are a plus
- Customer-first mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholders
