Senior Customer Success Manager Automotive (m/w/d)

Join Telekom MMS as a Senior Customer Success Manager Automotive (m/w/d) and shape the digital future of mobility.

Location options include Berlin, Bonn, Jena, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Stuttgart), Leipzig, or Munich. This is a full-time position with a weekly working time of 38 hours and a medium travel requirement. Fluency in German (native level) and very good English skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in Customer Success within the automotive environment, leading digital transformation initiatives for major OEMs.
  • Build and develop strategic contacts with customers in the automotive sector, expanding existing client relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow customer accounts.
  • Support customers in developing and implementing digital strategies using your expertise and consulting skills.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales process in collaboration with Telekom\’s sales network, and close deals.
  • Contribute your expertise in procurement processes and proposal development.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales, pre-sales, customer success management, or consulting related to digital solutions.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Proven success in building sustainable customer relationships and strategic account development.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Networking talent within the automotive industry.
  • Analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and experience in preparing tenders and proposals.
