Working in close proximity to the CEO, we develop actionable strategies, innovative business models, and tomorrow’s leaders.ResponsibilitiesYou work as part of rotating project teams with 3-6 consultants on cross-functional strategy & transformation projects of Deutsche Telekom.You analyze structures, workflows and governance to identify actionable improvements.You develop and implement strategies, from operating model design to AI transformation and change, to manage risks and drive growth.You shape your own work packages and own responsibility from day one.You continuously grow through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.ProfileYou have at least one year of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a comparable strategic environment (e.g. in-house consulting, strategy department, business development).You hold a Master's degree from a renowned university with top grades.You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1).You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.You are skilled at structuring complex problems, developing hypotheses and, together with your team, implementing pragmatic solutions with measurable impact. To do this, you also go the extra mile together with your team for your clients.You have experience or a strong interest in organizational development and transformation. You understand how AI reshapes work, roles and organizations, and use it effectively in your own work.
