You will combine topics such as social impact, diversity, inclusion, digital participation and the circular economy with our corporate goals and keep an eye on relevant ESG requirements and reporting.This is what you have in your luggage:Profound experience: You have a degree and several years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, innovation, CSR, sustainability or a comparable subject area.Strategy experience related to ESG and CSR: You have already worked on the development or further development of an ESG or CSR strategy. You can prioritize relevant topics, connect them with corporate goals and translate them into specific initiatives. You also have a special understanding of circularity.Sense of responsible business: You understand how economic success and social responsibility work together. You will evaluate regulatory and group-level requirements, including in an ESG context, together with experts and translate them into suitable solutions for congstar.Entrepreneurial implementation skills: You combine strategic thinking with initiative and decisiveness. You structure complex topics, set priorities and push them forward even under uncertainty.Communication and moderation skills: You bring different interests together and communicate clearly at different levels. You use methods such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas or Value Proposition Canvas in a targeted manner.This position is also available on a part-time basis and is limited to two years.
