Finance & Accounting:
- Financial Strategy & Analysis: Analyze financial data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses to guide decision-making. Monitor financial performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Financial & Accounting Reporting: Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Summarize revenue from online and offline platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Daily Transactions & Account Management: Record income, expenses, and transactions in the accounting system. Verify and reconcile revenue, payments, and transfers from online platforms.
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare VAT, withholding tax reports, and ensure tax compliance. Verify financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
- Month-End & Year-End Closing: Reconcile accounts, close financial statements, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Collaboration & System Improvement:
- Work with internal teams to align accounting data with sales and financial records.
- Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and online sales platform providers.
- Optimize accounting workflows and financial systems to improve efficiency and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
