Role Overview
As a Solutions Integration Executive, you will support the integration of ERP, CRM, and web applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and customize solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Solutions and System Integration
- Assist in designing and implementing integration strategies for ERP, CRM, and web applications.
- Support the development of APIs and middleware to ensure efficient system communication.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide solutions to improve data flow.
- Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
Product Development and Customization
- Contribute to the development of customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure system compatibility and smooth implementation.
- Assist in testing and deploying new product features and system enhancements.
ERP and CRM Implementation
- Support ERP and CRM system implementation and customization based on business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes to optimize system workflows.
- Provide user training and technical support to improve system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Web Application Development and Integration
- Assist in the integration of web applications with ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure web applications meet business requirements in terms of performance and usability.
- Work with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience and functionality.
Project and Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with technical, business, and client teams to support integration projects.
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Support vendor management for third‑party tools and integrations.
Data Management and Reporting
- Assist in data migration and validation processes.
- Help establish data governance practices for data accuracy and security.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance.
Key Qualifications
- Thai citizenship only*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in system integration, product development, or a related role.
- Knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) systems.
- Experience in web application development and API integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and integration tools.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database systems.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of API development, RESTful services, and middleware.
- Basic knowledge of data management, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
