We are looking for talents with excellent German & English skills to join our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

Note: This position is not remote. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do :

• Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
• Ensure all user-uploaded information complies with client policies.
• Make balanced decisions to advocate for the online community.
• Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
• Apply content policies and handle procedures consistently.
• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Follow company and client guidelines and procedures.

What we expect from you :

• Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and understanding of content moderation policies.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
