It is part of the Téléverbier Group.

Retail Trade Manager CFC (M/F) at 100%Your tasks:
- Management of orders and receipts for the Téléverbier SA group - Supplier follow-up and coordination of supplies - Customer reception (counter, telephone, emails) and first-level technical advice - Customer service for spare parts of Prinoth grooming machines - Organisation of shipments in Switzerland and internationally - Stock management and participation in inventories - Monitoring and provision of internal tools - Carrying out technical tasks (e.g. manufacturing hydraulic lines)
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC as retail trade manager or equivalent training; - Proven experience in a similar role; - Proficiency in German, both spoken and written (minimum level A2); - Knowledge of English is an asset. - Initiative and organisational skills; - Good interpersonal skills and service orientation; - Ability to anticipate, prioritise tasks and manage several tasks simultaneously; - Dynamism, responsiveness and good stress management; - Flexibility and ability to cope with unforeseen events.
