Your mission
- Drive end-to-end delivery of customer-focused features with measurable business value
- Own and prioritise a strategic, value-driven backlog aligned with product goals
- Act as a cross-functional leader, managing dependencies and removing blockers
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retro) and ensure clear priorities
- Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and balance competing demands
- Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty
- Ensure high quality through clear acceptance criteria and strong Definition of Done
- Use data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact
- Continuously improve delivery and refine backlog based on insights
- Mentor team members and contribute to a strong product culture
Your profile
- 5+ years as Product Owner (or similar), with proven delivery of impactful features
- Experience in cross-functional environments; Agile certification is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
- Customer- and outcome-driven mindset, with data/KPI-based prioritisation
- Solid understanding of software development & technical concepts
- Proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (min Level B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%)
