You will be responsible for:
- Providing mentorship, guidance and development to the team
- Leading a team through an exciting transition to build aspects such as problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities
- Establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for results development
- Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
- Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication
- Advocating for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions
We expect:
- Strong proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Prior relevant people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, leadership and multitasking abilities
- Reporting skills and usage of KPIs
- Ability to work with MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Availability to work on late shift.
There will also be a night shift premium of 25% added for any hours worked between 11 pm and 00 am and of 50% added for any hours worked between 00 am and 3 am.
Relocation package provided for suitable candidates outside of Germany.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2.800,00€ – 3.300,00€ per month
