Overview of tasks:
- Back-office support and online case support
- Achieving and maintaining quality standards
We are looking for:
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and at least B2 level in English
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
- Availability for up to 4 weeks of full-time training
- Affinity with back-office services
- Reliable, efficient, and goal-oriented working style
