Your tasks :

• Completing money transfer requests
• Providing solutions to questions / problems encountered or conveying the issue to the relevant units

Requirements :

• Residency in İstanbul
• Minimum B2 level in German (written and spoken) and English
• Available to work in night shift system
• Strong communication skill
• Being a good team player
