Responsibilities
Operate pneumatic and tracked bucket loaders and other construction machines
Perform excavation, leveling, and earthworks
Conduct pipeline and sewer works
Prepare pits and terrain modeling
Maintain and clean assigned machines
Support the construction team with general work
Follow safety and quality regulations
Qualifications
Years of experience as construction machine operator
Construction machine license (M1/M2 or equivalent) preferred
Experience in deep, road, or earthwork construction
Independent and reliable working style
Team-oriented and responsible
Good German language skills
Category B driver's license
