Expertise in the Hadoop ecosystem and deep understanding of components like Spark, Flink, Elasticsearch, Doris, ClickHouse, and Trino., Strong knowledge of big data architecture, including Data Lake (Iceberg, Hudi) and Serverless data concepts. Familiarity with mainstream global cloud products such as AWS EMR/Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks., Ability to perform competitive analysis and develop differentiation strategies. Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and high-pressure environment. Must be capable of conducting technical presentations, writing proposals, and supporting client negotiations independently. Proficiency in English or Chinese is required as a working language. Experience in overseas study or supporting international projects is a significant plus.
