Requirements:
Responsible to manage the relationship with existing PSP and Key Account client and handle new initiative and other ad-hoc support.
Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients’ daily enquiries
Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
Prepare regular reports to keep track on business performance
Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure all the operational flows are smooth and efficient
Carry out market research and customer research
Handle ad hoc projects and assignments
Knowledge and Experience:
Business development /retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry would be advantage
Understand local culture well
Proficient in German & Chinese
Strong communication and presentation skill, and high learning capability
Driven and has sense of ownership
