pThe practitioner behind TenderLift: take Swiss companies from a shortlisted notice to a submitted offer, and keep the product honest about the rules. /ppbAbout TenderLift. /b TenderLift monitors Swiss public tenders on SIMAP across all 26 cantons and in selected cantonal gazettes, ranks each one against a company's profile, and briefs the bid team on eligibility, criteria and risk – in German, French and Italian. Our customers are Swiss companies in construction, IT, engineering and services that want to win public work without a procurement department. /ppbWhy this role exists. /b A small company opens TenderLift, sees a tender it could win, and still does not bid. Nobody in the firm has run a public procedure. The notice is in a language they read but do not write in, the eligibility list asks for references they have never formatted, and the deadline is close. The product gets them to the right notice. This role gets them to a submitted offer. /ppbWhat you'll own. /b The customer's procedure, from go / no-go to submission, delivered under your name and sourced by us. And the product's honesty about the rules: when TenderLift flattens a procedure, skips a cantonal rule or invents a bar, you say so – and the product changes. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibGo / no-go. /b Read the notice with the customer and decide in one sitting: eligibility, award criteria, references, certificates, lots and variants, the consortium question. Say no early when the answer is no. /lilibThe offer. /b Structure the submission the way the evaluation panel scores it – suitability criteria before award criteria, what needs proof, what needs a signature, what needs a partner. Use the question round when a requirement is ambiguous, and ask for the debriefing when the award goes elsewhere. /lilibThe silent cases. /b Revocations, participant selections, abandonments, notices that look open and are not. A customer will not spot these. You will. /lilibThe product. /b A few hours a month with a live notice open: what the Brief got wrong, what the eligibility list invented, what a bid lead would have wanted on the first screen. That feedback lands in the product, with credit. /lilibThe language. /b Customers work in German, French or Italian. You are native in at least one of them; a second is a plus. English is our working language. /li /ulh3You’ll thrive in this role if this resonates /h3ulliYou have taken Swiss public procedures from notice to award for ten years or more – as a bid lead, a procurement officer, or the advisor in the room – ideally from both sides of the table. /liliYou can open a SIMAP publication in DE, FR or IT and say what is load-bearing before the end of the first page. /liliYou know a suitability criterion from an award criterion, you know when a Vorbefassung question is real, and you have watched a missing certificate sink an otherwise-ready bid. /liliYou treat BöB and IVöB as a craft you practise weekly, not a specialisation you visit, and you can say what the revised BöB changed for bidders. /liliYou have your own practice, or want one, and you would rather take clients from a product that already found them the tender than from cold calls. /li /ulh3This role is probably not for you if you /h3ulliWant to advise from outside the product, or would rather comment on the law than sit with a live notice. /liliThink an AI model will write the offer. It will not. You decide what the product is allowed to claim, and what the customer submits. /li /ulh3How this works /h3ullibNot a salaried role. /b TenderLift pays no wage and no retainer. We bring you customers who already have a shortlisted tender and need someone to run it; you deliver the work as a mandate, under your own name, and you are paid for it. How the engagement is billed and split is agreed between us, in writing, before the first one. /lilibYour existing clients stay yours. /b This is not an exclusivity arrangement. /lilibEquity is on the table for a strong fit. /b After a trial period on real engagements, we will talk about a stake for the person who has become part of the founding team. We will be specific once we are past the trial, not before. /lilibTime. /b A few hours a week to start, set by the engagements you take. It grows with the customers who want a person behind the product. /li /ulh3What you get /h3ulliCustomers who arrive with the tender already found, the fit already scored and the deadline already known. You start at the interesting part. /liliFounding ownership of how a live product reads the Swiss public market. Direct work with the founding team. No layers. /liliA TenderLift account for your own practice from day one. After the trial, your name on the site as the practitioner behind the product. /liliAn AI-native company that uses language models to read notices and still expects a person to decide. The role can grow with you. /liliRemote across Switzerland. We meet in Zurich and Lugano. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
