Main job responsibilities:
- Customer service via phone and e-mail for our Italian speaking customers
- Advising on product range and product selection
- Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets
Your skills:
- Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
- Strong proficiency in Italian and good English language skills
- You work independently, solution- and service-oriented
- Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working and can only be conducted from our office in Schutterwald.
