IT Support (m/f/d) full-time

For our location in Bad Kissingen, we are looking for a full-time (5 days a week)

First and Second Level Support IT (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

1. You are the first point of contact for our employees for all IT matters.
2. You will process inquiries and fault reports independently and can also liaise with our external IT supplier.
3. You install, manage and maintain the hardware and keep a complete inventory list.
4. You are responsible for the on- and offboarding process of employees in the area of hardware and software.
5. You will support our locations in Karlsruhe and Oldenburg via telephone or remotely in the event of IT issues in an Active Directory environment.
6. You support the digitalization of existing processes.
7. You contribute suggestions and actively follow them up.

Your profile:

1. You have completed training with an IT focus (e.g. apprenticeship in information technology, technical college for information technology, HTL computer science, etc.).
2. Sound knowledge of MS Office 365, Windows operating systems, MS Active Directory and remote access (VPN, MS Remote Desktop).
3. Knowledge of network technology, virtualization, WLan, routers and firewall.
4. Experience in the maintenance and operation of infrastructures with Microsoft products.
5. Independent and structured way of working.
6. Team player, innovative, analytical, communicative.
7. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
8. Solution-oriented, positive attitude and way of working.
