About the Opportunity
A leading global consulting and technology services company is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support international SAP transformation and rollout programs.
The position combines consulting, solution design, rollout leadership, stakeholder management, testing, deployment, and hypercare support within complex SAP S/4HANA Service Management environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management rollout initiatives
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure and support SAP Service Management processes
- Collaborate with SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and PM teams
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams
- Ensure successful adoption of SAP Service Management solutions
Your Profile
- Experience with service contracts, service orders, and service processes
- Rollout and transformation experience
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across the full project lifecycle
- Consulting and customer-facing experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
