We are looking for an experienced Functional / Business Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to support the continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and help design and implement effective solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support business processes and requirements.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O solutions.
- Contribute to data migration, system integration, and reporting activities.
- Support users and stakeholders by providing functional guidance and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration and customization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and reporting within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent or strong professional English; German is an advantage.
