Your Tasks:
- Perform software and hardware updates on development, prototype, and test vehicles.
- Execute vehicle flashing, coding, and configuration activities.
- Support vehicle fleet calibration and ensure correct software and hardware configurations.
- Manage software versions, update packages, and vehicle configuration data.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Carry out vehicle inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
- Identify, analyze, and document technical issues during vehicle preparation and testing.
- Ensure vehicle readiness and availability for development and validation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, testing, and fleet management teams.
Your Profile:
- Technical education in Automotive Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or a comparable field.
- Experience in automotive workshops, vehicle development, prototype operations, or testing environments.
- Knowledge of vehicle electronics, diagnostics, and automotive systems.
- Experience with vehicle software updates, ECU flashing, or calibration activities is an advantage.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic and flashing tools such as ODIS, INCA, CANoe
- Experience with prototype vehicles and pre-series development.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Prototype driving license
- Fluent in both English and German
