Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique. /p /brpIn the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: /p /brh3Senior HR Business Partner /h3 /brh3Main activities /h3 /brul /brliAct as a trusted advisor to the C-levels and their management teams on all people’s matters. /li /brliTranslate business strategy into an annual people plan and HR priorities for each scope. /li /brliLead organizational design, restructuring and change management projects. /li /brliDrive workforce planning in line with growth targets. /li /brliPartner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment topics. /li /brliEnsure new hires get well-structured onboarding and integrate quickly. /li /brliRun the performance management cycle and coach managers on objectives, feedback and reviews. /li /brliLead talent reviews, succession planning and the identification of high potentials in collaboration with the talent manager. /li /brliDesign development plans and career paths in collaboration with the talent manager. /li /brliLead the annual salary review and bonus process, and advise on grading, internal equity and market benchmarks. /li /brliHandle complex employee relations cases (investigations, disciplinary procedures, terminations) in line with local labor law. /li /brliTrack and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, headcount, time-to-hire and internal mobility, and use them to anticipate risks. /li /brliContribute to global HR projects, including HRIS, policies and process harmonization, working with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations. /li /br /ul /brh3Profile /h3 /brul /brliMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. /li /brliSwiss Federal Certificate as HR Specialist (Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines) is a strong asset. /li /brliAt least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 to 4 years as an HR Business Partner in an international environment. /li /brliProven experience supporting HQ population. /li /brliSolid knowledge of Swiss labor law. /li /brliExposure to other European countries is a plus. /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
