Teoxane has a total freedom, action and which makes the company the frame growth of our business, we are looking for a:Regional Financial Controller (Junior)Contract: 6 monthsMain activities- The Regional Controller will act as a (finance) partner to Regional VPs across various regions, including America, Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, to drive growth and profitability.- Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes and ensure alignment with Teoxane s through financial KPIs.- Optimize sales and marketing investments by conducting Return on Investments (ROI) in distribution agreements, including setting sales targets, growth objectives, and financial discussions on the order-to-cash payment cycle and offer financial guidance in customer the proper execution of distribution contracts and closely monitor distributor performance.- Implement and maintain pricing to maximize finance planning processes including budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and actuals, ensuring reporting deadlines are met.- Conduct monthly performance reviews analyzing growth, market shares, and profitability, and comparing against previous years, budget, and efficient financing of in the regions and support local controllers in optimizing working the execution of transfer pricing to align with group with the Supply Chain team stock levels, demand, and sales forecasts.- Enforce compliance with Teoxane s commercial best practices and internal control rules.- Implement compliance tools to verify distributor adherence to policies and propose financing solutions to trade with distributors and secure as a strong interface between Finance and Commercial teams transparency and any special missions assigned by management.Profile- Bachelor or Master in Finance or years of experience in Finance and Sales controlling, a solid understanding of financial and sales processes.- Excellent command of Excel, Tagetik a plus.- Excellent analytical abilities, capable of effectively interpreting complex and deriving actionable insights.- Ability in transitioning seamlessly between high-level thinking and granular detail-oriented tasks.- Capacity to the impacts of business decisions, ensuring alignment with record of implementing internal control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and risks.- Excellent skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective and clear of financial insights.- Adaptability and flexibility to dynamic business environments and evolving priorities.- Fluency in English.
