About the Role
As the face of our chalet, you will do much more than just sell products—you will create memories and represent our brand identity right next to the Opera House. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life by sharing our values, engaging customers with enthusiasm, and keeping the chalet beautifully presented. Alongside customer relations, you will handle independent operational tasks like tracking inventory, making this a role built on absolute trust .
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming Customer Service: Deliver a warm, sympathetic, and delightful shopping experience to every visitor.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Share our brand’s story and values with passion and clarity.
- Chalet Presentation: Maintain a meticulous, beautiful, and inviting display throughout the day.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Keep an accurate and organized count of the inventory to ensure we are always stocked up.
- 100% Trustworthy & Reliable: You are independent, highly dependable, and a person we can fully trust with our inventory and brand.
- Punctual & Professional: You take pride in your work, handle busy hours with grace, and are always on time for your shifts.
- Warm & Articulate: You have a naturally welcoming personality, a bright smile, and a talent for connecting deeply with clients.
- Strong Work Ethic: You are proactive, structured, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to keep the chalet running smoothly.
- German & English: Fluency in both languages is mandatory to comfortably communicate with locals and international tourists.
- French: A very strong asset (plus).
