Unterstützung des Category-Development-Teams bei strategischen und operativen Aufgaben.Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundendaten.Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Management-Updates.Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Category-Strategien.Unterstützung bei internen Abstimmungen mit Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren Schnittstellen.Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Erstellung von Reportings.Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Meetings.
Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Strategie oder Vertrieb).Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.Interesse an Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Category-Management-Themen.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit) von Vorteil.
