Drive the digital transformation towards a data-driven, digitized way-of-working in Sales and Marketing Europe. Lead and manage the complete program of Hybrid Sales System implementation, guide project leaders, manage stakeholders and ensure the most effective utilization of data, AI-tools, and digital products in order to contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Steer multiple projects under the Hybrid Sales System program.
- Ensure projects are aligned with other initiatives and the overarching strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing experts to ensure the Hybrid Sales System meets their needs and supports their activities.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Ensure adequate Change Management.
- Select and implement AI tools to enhance internal efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize AI to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Drive the generation and effective use of data (both internal and external) to support sales and marketing activities.
- Lead the digitization of harmonized processes, ensuring a balance between digital efficiency and personal customer interaction.
- Ensure initiatives are a supplement to or suited for existing customer-facing digital solutions, such as tesa PRO and tesa website.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the utilization and effectiveness of the digital elements within Hybrid Sales System.
- Regularly report on program progress, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders and higher management.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Sales & Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Program Manager preferably in Digital Transformation projects with focus on Sales and Marketing.
- Good understanding of IT architecture and the idea of standardization of processes, organization, and technology.
- Knowledge in the area of customer contact center solutions (ideally based on Microsoft technology) with the ability to steer IT providers in this area.
- Experience in business requirements engineering and the ability to translate business requirements into solution designs to bridge between business and IT.
- Experienced in business and technical project management (agile & waterfall).
- Proven track record in supplier selection processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in implementing customer-relevant digital solutions.
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes and challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization in an international environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Result driven and focused whilst seeing the bigger picture.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
