Contract type: PermanentWorking time: Full-timeAs SHEQ Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development, implementation, and effectiveness of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management within Pilot Center Operations, covering the Pilot Center & New Processing area. The role ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality requirements and the harmonization of management systems with C‑SHEQ and the global operations network.Your tasks include:Development and continuous improvement of environmental and quality management systems.Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Identification, assessment, and mitigation of non‑compliance risks.Planning and governance of internal and external audits, including follow‑up of findings.Training of employees and ensuring appropriate SHE‑Q documentation.Support of operational excellence initiatives and close collaboration with C‑SHEQ and internal stakeholders.Completed university degree or comparable qualification in a technical, scientific, or SHEQ‑related disciplineSeveral years of professional experience in SHE‑Q and/or management systems in an industrial or corporate environmentIn‑depth knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949.Proven experience in audit management, includingCorrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.Structured, analytical, and solution‑focused working approach.Strong sense of responsibility combined with clear, confident, and professional communication skills.Ability to explain complex SHE‑Q topics in a clear and practical manner and to conduct effective training sessions.Very good command of German and English, both written and spokentesa is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of adhesive tape solutions, with a range of more than 7,000 products.
