Overview
In this role you help ensure reliable material flows from the tesa Logistics Center to regions worldwide. You collaborate with warehouses, partners and stakeholders to coordinate export operations and address operational challenges. You contribute to projects that standardize and improve logistics processes, driving efficiency and compliance. This position offers impact across global supply chains and continuous improvement initiatives.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage and monitor export processes between the tesa Logistics Center and global regions to ensure timely intercompany material flows
- Coordinate transportation activities (slot management, container availability, loading schedules) with internal and external partners
- Prepare and provide export and customs documentation to support compliant customs clearance
- Identify bottlenecks in export and logistics processes and resolve issues while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Support international logistics projects (warehousing, transportation, strategies, tenders, standardization)
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and supporting training across regions
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to enhance supply chain performance and ensure efficient export operations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed studies in logistics, supply chain management, engineering or related field with 3 years (Bachelor’s) or 1 year (Master’s) experience, or completed vocational training as foreign trade merchant or freight forwarding specialist with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in operational logistics, service management, or customer service
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems and processes, ideally including SAP SD, SAP MM, and warehouse/transport management applications
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer and service orientation
