Your work will matter to both the firm and the wider community.Job responsibilitiesEngineer and implement network infrastructure solutionsManage and configure firewall platforms such as Fortinet and CheckpointOperate and support Cisco (Nexus, ASR) and Arista network devicesAdminister and optimize Load Balancers (F5)Develop and maintain scripts for device provisioning and automation of daily tasksAdhere to engineering standards and certified product artifactsCreate and update implementation and operational documentationTroubleshoot issues using monitoring and diagnostic toolsParticipate in an on-call rotation and act as an escalation point for Network Operations and Service Delivery teamsCoordinate and collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders across teamsDrive cross-team initiatives and foster a collaborative environmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5 years of firewall and network security design, engineering, and implementation experience within a large enterprise environmentBS/BA degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switchingProficiency in software development with Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, or JSONUnderstanding of micro-services and APIsExperience with network security technologies such as proxyCCNA or CCNP certification is an advantageSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyOrganized and able to follow JPMorganChase processes to minimize riskClear written and oral communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong work ethic with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate across different roles and teamsDemonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environmentEnglish proficiency requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in highly regulated environmentsExperience with French language is an advantageAdvanced scripting and automation skillsExperience with additional network security technologiesProven ability to drive process improvementsExposure to global teams and multicultural environmentsDemonstrated adaptability in fast-paced settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
