Are you a Performance Testing Expert who loves breaking systems to make them unshakeable? We are looking for a senior engineer to define our performance strategies, automate high-scale load tests, and eliminate bottlenecks across our applications, databases, and infrastructure.
What You Bring:
Core Expertise: Strong background in Performance Engineering with deep knowledge of k6 and/or Apache JMeter.
System Depth: Experience testing APIs, backend architectures, databases, and asynchronous systems (Kafka / Lobster).
Observability: Solid experience with Grafana and monitoring solutions.
Language: Good communication skills in English.
- What You’ll Do:
- Strategy & Execution: Define performance standards and engineer realistic load, stress, spike, and scalability test scenarios.
- Automation & CI/CD: Embed automated performance checks seamlessly into our deployment pipelines.
- Analysis & Reporting: Utilize observability tools to pinpoint bottlenecks and deliver actionable capacity planning reports.
Beloning
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Gatling, Locust, or Artillery.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience with Chaos Engineering (failover/resilience testing) and defining SLIs/SLOs.
