Credit Lead (Underwriter), Institutional Lending & Liquidity in Genève

h3The role: /h3pTether Capital is launching a new credit vertical focused on providing short-term liquidity and credit facilities to fintech companies, payment providers, exchanges, and other financial institutions. /ppWe are looking for a Credit Lead (underwriter) focused on institutional lending and liquidityto join this new initiative and help build the credit function from the ground up. /ppThis is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in credit underwriting and structuring, who is comfortable assessing businesses, making credit recommendations, and developing the policies and processes needed to support a growing lending platform. /pbr/h3Key Responsibilities: /h3ullipUnderwrite and structure credit facilities, including revolving credit facilities, working capital loans, and liquidity facilities. /p /lilipAnalyse companies' financial statements, cash flows, liquidity position and repayment capacity. /p /lilipDetermine appropriate lending amounts, terms, covenants, security, and other risk protections. /p /lilipDevelop credit policies, underwriting guidelines, templates, and concentration limits from scratch. /p /lilipMonitor credit risk and borrower performance and establish appropriate risk-monitoring processes. /p /lilipSupport the development and scaling of the new credit business. /p /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ullipb10+ years of relevant credit experience. /b /p /lilipStrong experience in bcredit underwriting and structuring /b, rather than purely credit analysis. /p /lilipPrevious experience with bfintech payments is mandatory. /b /p /lilipBackground in institutional lending, private credit, venture debt, specialty finance, or a similar environment. /p /lilipExperience establishing or developing credit policies, processes, or risk frameworks. /p /lilipCrypto, digital assets, or stablecoin experience is a plus, but bnot required /b. /p /li /ululliTeam : /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
