Your mission
- You will assume technical responsibility for scaffolding projects
- You will serve as the on‑site point of contact for our clients
- You will ensure the professional execution of all work within your area of responsibility
- You will plan, manage, and monitor all processes, as well as the scheduling and coordination of your own employees and those of subcontractors
- You will be responsible for setting up the construction site as well as planning the use of materials and equipment, and documenting site‑specific operations
- You will conduct training sessions for the skilled workforce in accordance with company guidelines
Your profile
- You have many years of professional experience in scaffolding
- Ideally, you are a certified scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) or master scaffolder (m/f/d)
- You work independently, conscientiously, and are reliable
- You are a team player and can lead skilled trades personnel
- You hold a Class B driver’s license
- You are proficient in using Microsoft 365
