  • You will generate SKU-level demand forecasts based on historical data, promotional calendars, trend analysis, and real-time sales performance.
  • You will build and manage monthly rolling forecasts by analyzing sales trends, market demand, and seasonality.
  • You adjust in-season forecasts and plans dynamically to meet business goals and improve product availability.
  • Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales performance; propose stock replenishments or markdown actions as needed.
  • You will create regular best and worst seller reports (ROS, Weeks Cover, Terminal Stock).
  • You will conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, sell-through rates, and stock coverage
  • You will analyze and prepare the existing inventory actions according to inventory clusters (NOS, A-stock, B-stock, C-stock).
  • You will take on ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions.
  • Track key KPIs including stock turnover, out-of-stock rate, and forecasting accuracy.
  • You will do regular return analysis to better understand the return reasons and will advise to relevant teams to help reduce the return rates.
  • Support campaign and collection launch planning with accurate demand projections
  • Work with BI and analytics teams to build reports, dashboards, and tools for better decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure alignment and information sharing.

Your strengths that we need in our team:

  • You have initial experience in the field of demand planning, sales analytics, and inventory management – fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry preferred.
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and can prepare and interpret complex data in an understandable way.
  • You are confident in using Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and ideally have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBIor Looker.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and have a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are a strong communicator and can present your analyses in a clear and understandable way – in both German and English.
  • You enjoy working with data and deriving strategies for sales and inventory optimization from it.
  • You are a team player, but you also have initiative and drive your topics forward independently.
  • In the best case, you have a degree in business administration, business informatics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
