Description

Change the world. Love your job.
At Texas Instruments, HR is more than policies and processes — it's about empowering people and partnering with the business to win. Our team's vision is to leverage technology and data efficiently while maintaining the human touch that makes us indispensable to TI's success. We're looking for an intern who brings both: a genuine passion for people and the technical curiosity and background to help us set a new standard for HR excellence.

If you're someone who gets excited about building tools and building relationships, this role is for you.

Topics you will work on:

  • HR Operations & Automation: This is where your technical skills come into play. You'll partner with stakeholders to map existing workflows, identify high-impact manual processes, and design scalable automation solutions. Current projects include bringing an internally developed automation tool across the finish line — from testing and refinement to full stakeholder rollout — as well as looking into further automation opportunities across HR and translating findings into business cases and implementation roadmaps.
  • Compensation: Contribute to analytical projects that ensure TI remains competitive in how it rewards its people. Work includes market benchmarking, data modeling, and developing communication strategies that equip managers to make informed, data-backed compensation decisions.
  • Business HR Generalist: Partner closely with business groups to diagnose organizational needs and build solutions that drive measurable outcomes — combining systems thinking with genuine people intuition to deliver recommendations that are both analytically sound and practically executable.

Put your talent to work with us as a Human Resources Intern!

Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
