Become a part of our team! We are looking for an experienced HRIS & Workday Functional Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our global Workday team. Workday was rolled out in December 2025 across all business units (HCM Core, Compensation, and Recruiting). The role focuses on stabilizing, optimizing, and expanding the platform, with Talent Optimization and Learning on the roadmap. This is an opportunity to shape a global HR platform and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Own and maintain functional configuration across all global business units (business processes, organizational structures, security, reporting). Configure and continuously improve Workday modules including HCM Core, Compensation, Recruiting, with Talent Optimization and Learning to follow.
- Data Quality, Reporting & Analytics: Build and develop reports and dashboards for HR Business Partners and leadership. Plan, coordinate, and execute EIB uploads and mass data operations, acting as a subject‑matter expert for HR data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Functional Support & Consulting: Provide first‑ and second‑level support for functional questions, system issues, and defect fixes. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into sustainable solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and liaise with IT and external partners.
- Release Management & Change Management: Support biannual Workday releases—analyze functional impact, coordinate testing, and communicate changes. Plan rollout of new functionality and contribute to change management, adoption campaigns, training materials, and workshops.
- Governance & Documentation: Support system audits, governance processes, and compliance requirements. Build and maintain system documentation and a shared knowledge base.
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven hands‑on Workday experience with solid technical understanding of HCM Core, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Extensive experience as Workday HR Administrator and Report Writer/Administrator.
- Strong understanding of operational HR processes beyond system boundaries.
- Experience in a post‑go‑live Workday AMS or system support environment.
- Business‑fluent in German and English (C1‑C2).
- Workday certification (HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Talent Optimization, Learning, or Time & Absence is a strong advantage.
Benefits
- 37‑hour week with full‑time contract.
- 30 days of annual leave.
- Hybrid working model with flexible hours.
- Global, internationally operating team with attractive salary package and bonuses.
- Individual professional development opportunities.
- Company pension plan and health care.
