Overview As a Human Resources Manager you are responsible for all tasks related to human resources. You support employees from the application and hiring process to the end of their employment and assist them and managers with questions regarding labour law. In this role, you will learn about all relevant HR topics in order to act as a sparring partner for internal customers, both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
Handle the entire recruitment process – from creating job advertisements and managing applications to onboarding
Independently conduct and manage job interviews, including advising managers on selection decisions
Conduct contract negotiations and prepare all contract documents
Support and advise managers and employees on labour law issues and other HR topics
Participate in operational HR projects and ongoing process improvement
Qualifications
Completed education and several years of relevant professional experience in human resources/people relations
In-depth knowledge of recruiting; knowledge of Austrian and German labour law is an advantage
Very good German and English skills
Strong communication skills, confident manner and diplomatic skills
High degree of loyalty and people skills, team-oriented approach to work and discretion
