Manager - Java Full Stack We are looking for a Manager - Java Full Stack with 10 - 15 years of experience to join our Global Software Engineering exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Clean Code principles, and Unit Testing. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex enterprise applications. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Good to Have Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or MQTT. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of warehouse automation, industrial software, or logistics domain is an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
