What you'll be handling:
Drive the evolution of agile ways of working and promote efficient, value-focused collaboration within Platform Engineering
Establish, optimize, and continuously improve processes, structures, and workflows
Facilitate and further develop agile ceremonies to support a sustainable and predictable delivery flow
Create transparency around goals, priorities, progress, dependencies, and delivery status
Proactively identify and remove impediments, bottlenecks, and systemic challenges
Foster strong collaboration between engineering teams, product areas, and stakeholders
Coach teams and support the development of a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
Leverage appropriate metrics to measure and enhance team effectiveness and delivery performance
Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement, with a focus on outcomes and business value rather than strict adherence to frameworks
What you'll need:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role
Experience working in complex and/or scaling agile environments
Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Experience in designing, implementing, and establishing efficient processes and ways of working
Ability to identify systemic challenges and organizational bottlenecks and resolve them sustainably
Hands‑on mentality, pragmatic approach, and strong results orientation
High level of initiative and enthusiasm for constructively challenging and improving existing ways of working
Excellent German and English language skills
