As a People Relations Manager, you will be responsible for all tasks in Human Resources. You will accompany employees from application and hiring to the end of the employment relationship and assist them and managers with employment law issues. In this role, you will acquire all relevant HR topics in order to act as a sparring partner for internal customers, both nationally and internationally.
What you'll be handling:
Advice and sparring of managers in all employment law and personnel-related issues
Accompaniment of the entire employee life cycle
Handling the recruiting process
Guarantee of professional, standardised and legally compliant implementation of all HR processes
Participation in operational HR projects as well as ongoing process improvement
What you'll need:
Completed training as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources/people relations
Sound knowledge of Austrian labour law / German labour law is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English
Experience in executive consulting, strong communication skills, confident appearance and diplomatic skills
High degree of loyalty and knowledge of human nature, team-oriented way of working and discretion

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment is 54.360 euros per year according to the collective agreement.
