We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Private Label (Ambient) (m/f/d) to own and develop one of our most strategically important European retail partnerships.
This is a hands-on position for an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager (m/f/d).
The role will be based in Hamburg and report to the Sales Director of Private Label, Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute the European key account strategy across ambient private label categories
- Lead senior customer relationships and negotiations across markets
- Full accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability
- Drive growth through cross-category expansion and strong commercial execution
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Project teams to deliver end-to-end execution
- Ensure alignment across demand planning and S&OP processes
About You
- Proven Key Account Management experience in private label / OEM, ideally with European discount retailers
- Strong track record managing complex, multinational accounts with full P&L ownership
- Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
