Your mission
*You take responsibility for one or more work package for subcontracting with the aim of manufacturing or further developing a technical system or a technical component from software, hardware and IT infrastructure within one ofEurope’s biggest defence projects (F126)

  • Definition of the scope of services for subcontracting and support/control of the subcontractor during implementation
  • Management of an interdisciplinary team of developers and specialists in the area of hardware engineering
  • Specification of a development cycle and tailoring of the processes, practices and tools (PP&T) applicable to each work package
  • Identification, evaluation and management of opportunities and risks, as well as derivation of lessons learned and suggestions for improving business organization

We are looking forward to

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Computer Science/Engineering/ Natural Sciences) or comparable knowledge, that was acquired in another way
  • Several years of professional work experience in at least one of the areas: Software Development, Hardware Development, Cyber Security
  • Experience in subcontracting and collaboration with partners (contractual, commercial, technical)
  • Leadership experience in the transversal or disciplinary area is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
