Overview
As Product Owner for HMI at Thales in Ditzingen, you define and prioritize the backlog to deliver valuable HMI software. You align with stakeholders on roadmap priorities and manage feature requests and bug tracking to support releases. You shape development strategy with the team, including architecture, testing concepts, and acceptance criteria, while providing milestone plans and cost estimates. You champion sustainable product software and contribute to new development offers.

- Champion the vision of sustainable product software

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed technical studies or higher in a relevant field
- 10+ years in SW engineering with at least 2 years in SW architecture
- Several years of experience in software development
- Strong architectural skills
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum)
