Role Overview
Join a multinational team to develop the cross-platform combat system of the future, strengthening European defense cooperation. The MGCS program aims to replace Leopard 2 and Leclerc tanks with a high-tech ground combat system by 2040, enhancing European NATO capabilities and industry consolidation.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive project objectives by securing contractual commitments related to costs, quality, deadlines, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure comprehensive project structuring, overseeing funds, organization, and planning.
- Act as the key liaison to JV partners, fostering strong relationships to ensure success and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate your team with innovative and challenging engagements.
- Coordinate with internal contractors, partners, and subcontractors for seamless collaboration.
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities within the project scope.
We Are Looking For
- Technical background with at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the defense sector.
- International project management experience involving multiple GBUs and partners.
- Familiarity with multicultural environments.
- Strong negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and develop your team.
