We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Trustee & Depositary to join our Fund Accounting Trustee & Depository Team. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Actively analyses processes, and in conjunction with the other parties involved, works to improve processes, making them as efficient as possible.Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team and deputies in their absenceRepresent the business at Client Diligence and Service Review MeetingsSelf- Driven and responsible person to fully complete assigned tasks Act as role model for other team members and execute best practiceEnsures the funds comply with regulatory and fund-specific documentation.Production of Trustee reports for funds for each period and/or year-end. Assists the Manager in the day-to-day operations. Investigates pricing and other errors on the funds to satisfactory conclusion, documents errors in breach/error reports.Deputizes in the absence of the Manager. Oversight of regulatory duties of a DepotbankAttends Client meetings when required.Assists in the development of team members by training and developing in the associated tasks, using coaching skills where necessary. Provides feedback on performance to the Manager against objectives, PMP‘s and staff development plans. Reviews and completes various number of administrative duties within the team.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Significant work experience (> 5 years)Open minded approach understanding Fund Accounting related processes to be able to understand how your job will impact clients and other departments of the company Preferred to have Process Improvement experiences/ skills, e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, Documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual Product knowledge, i.e. Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficialGood written / verbal English and German skillsXentis knowledge (Valuations/Reconciliation) as a plusGood communicator and Team playing spirit is a must.
