Specialist, Trustee & Depositary

Overview

In this role, you support the Fund Accounting Trustee & Depository Team in Frankfurt by analyzing and refining processes to boost efficiency. You work with cross-functional colleagues, model best practices, and handle ownership, reporting, and issue resolution with accuracy. You contribute to improvements through feedback on processes and technology, including potential testing of new tools. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with growth opportunities in a global financial services environment.

• Analyze processes with involved parties to optimize efficiency
• Complete assigned tasks with accountability and demonstrate self-drive

• Perform root-cause analysis of exceptions and resolve complex queries
• Assist senior colleagues in investigating and concluding fund-related errors
• Ensure Ownership tasks and reports are accurate and ready for sign-off
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of required reports
• Provide feedback on issues or technology and drive improvements; may assist in testing new/revised tech

Zentrale Anforderungen

• > 3 years of work experience
• Open-minded approach to understanding fund accounting processes and their impact on clients and other departments
• Process improvement experience or skills (design/establish new detailed processes)
• Documentation skills (procedures/manuals)
• Product knowledge: Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficial)
• Xentis knowledge (Valuations/Reconciliation) is a plus
• Good written and verbal English and German
