Overview
In this role, you own the international payment product line for BNY's European Bank footprint, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and quarterly initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to align product plans with risk, regulatory, and market conditions, driving growth and profitability. You will analyze client needs and market trends to develop new products and improvements, ensuring end-to-end delivery and governance. This is an opportunity to influence payments at scale within a global financial services leader, leveraging innovative tech to transform client experiences.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own product strategy, roadmaps, and quarterly initiatives for international payments for European Bank clients
- Lead development and governance of products, including profitability and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and governance for approvals and controls
- Analyze client requirements and market trends to develop solutions meeting emerging needs
- Manage end-to-end delivery and coach the pod team on backlog and priorities
- Engage with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal across delivery, strategy, and planning
- Develop business cases with client segmentation and competitive analysis
- Lead pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies; articulate product benefits to clients
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5-7 years of product ownership or product management experience in global/international payments
- Knowledge of Swift, ISO 20022, European Clearings (TARGET2, SEPA)
- Understanding of correspondent banking (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline; advanced degree preferred
