Role Summary

This newly created VP Finance Strategy & Processes role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will play a pivotal role in modernizing and scaling the finance organization. You will lead strategic initiatives across finance transformation, systems implementation, process optimization, and data governance, growing this function.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance lead and advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead finance transformation projects across systems, processes, and reporting.
• Oversee SAP implementation and systems optimization.
• Redesign and standardize finance processes across the organization.
• Establish shared services in accounting and ensure scalability.
• Implement governance frameworks for data quality and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and executive teams.
• Manage two finance managers and build out a broader team of 6+ professionals.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in finance transformation within large, complex organizations.
• Background in consulting, combined with in-house industry experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Expertise in SAP and finance systems implementation.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
